Q1:Please tell us a little bit about yourself A:I am the governor of Bengkulu, and my responsibility is to make the citizens happy.
Q2:How does the government ensure that protests will be peaceful ? A: Talk to the leader of the protest.
Q3: Have you ever joined a protest or a peaceful assembly ? A: Yes, when I was a student in Yogyakarta.
Q4:Why can't children vote ? A: Children are ignorant.
Q5:In your position as governor, what do you do to promote human rights? Explain clearly. A: I strengthen the possession of human rights.
Q6:What happens if someone who holds a government position violates human rights ? A:They will go to jail.
Q7:Why is it our responsibility to elect our government officials ? A:Because if you don't vote who will build schools and road?
Q8: What government institutions ensure that human rights are protected and followed? A:Komnas Ham.
Q9: Do you believe Indonesia allows its citizens to practice their rights? Why did you say so? A:Yes,because Indonesia is a democratic country.
Q10: How did you win the elections? A:You need to have a good strategy and love the people.

Q1: How can you ensure that the elections will be free and fair? A: Fair voting is protected by the UUD 1945 (The Constitution of Indonesia). We also cooperated with other organizations like Bawaslu to make the elections peaceful.
Q2: Who are eligible to vote? A: All citizens in Indonesia that are 17 years old or above or are already married have the right to vote. People who are convicted crimes have the right to vote too, but they don't have the right to be a candidate.
Q3: Aside from your office, what other institutions ensure a fair election? A:The police, the army, the Bawaslu.
Q4: How does your institution count our votes? A: We count it manually but hopefully someday, we will use machines to count the votes.
Q5: Who can be a candidate? What are the requirements? A: Candidates that are running for President, Governor or Legislatives must be at least 25 years old.
Q6: Why do you think some people do not want to vote? Are they aware of their right to vote? A: There are many reasons why they don't want to vote. One reason is because of the weather climate change. Most of them are aware of their rights.
Q7: Why is it important to vote? A: It is important because without a leader, no one will make the country better.
Q8: Why can't children vote? A: They can't vote because it is against the law.
Q10: Do you think voting is a right, a privilege or a responsibility? A: It is a right.
